4. Service Fees and Payment Terms
The fees for services are outlined in our service agreement or quote. Payments are due as per the payment schedule outlined in your contract. If payment is not received by the due date, Mind Hives Outsourcing LLC reserves the right to suspend services until payment is made.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the services provided, including trademarks, logos, content and software, remains the property of Mind Hives Outsourcing LLC or our licensors. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services solely for their business operations.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 15 days’ written notice.
- If terminated by the client, no refunds will be provided for any prepaid fees.
- In the event of a breach of terms by the client (e.g., failure to make payments, violation of intellectual property rights), Mind Hives Outsourcing LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately.
8. Liability Limitations
Mind Hives Outsourcing LLC’s liability to the client, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mind Hives Outsourcing LLC from and against any claims, losses, damages or liabilities arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms or any content you submit or share via our platform.
10. Amendments to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
